Due to the uncertain situation of the covid-19 epidemic, it's acceptable for those participants who can't attend the conference because of the travel restrictions to present their papers online with reduced registration fee. The organizer doesn't want the participants to take any risks to attend the conference, who will also monitor the situation and concert the conference to a fully virtual conference if the situation requires it.
